I am a hardware design consultant who has worked in both corporate and startup environments. I enjoy helping folks prototype and design electronics in their MVP or v1 product. I work in all aspects of the design process, including: brainstorming, architecture, component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, manufacturing, bring-up and firmware/software development.

I also take on difficult problems in the hardware world, helping clients solve issues such as poor EMI performance and failed certification tests, fixing poor circuit layouts, and modifying old code bases. Two of my favorite niche areas are FPGAs / high-speed circuit design and EMC.
